One-of-a-kind works, made by hand.
Aimee Lewis is a registered artist with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Her skills and knowledge have been gained through her education at Oklahoma State University, her mother, grandmas, aunties, and persistence through trial and error. After spending the majority of her life in Oklahoma, she relocated to coastal Washington where she began to expand her knowledge of herbs and natural dyes and paints. Her long-term goal is to get back to her original love of pottery, but for now is working on honing some of her more traditional Choctaw skills such as beadwork.
Other artists are also featured in the shop with each having their own indigenous ties and unique styles.
